How to order
To place an order, you must provide us with accurate and correct information. You must also keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes.
To place an order, you will be asked to follow the online shopping process at KMP. Thereafter, you will receive an order confirmation/invoice which will act as an acknowledgment of your order. While we do our best to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices listed on the KMP are accurate, there are cases where errors may occur.
If we discover a pricing error on any product you have ordered, we will inform you of this and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.
If we cannot contact you, we will cancel your order. If you cancel your order before we have shipped it to you and you have paid for your order, you will receive a full refund by following the applicable refund procedures.
We are not obliged to fulfill your order if the price stated on the KMP is not correct.
To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, we encrypt your card data. Once we receive your order, we will request pre-authorization on your card to ensure sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. Orders will not be confirmed until these pre-authorization checks are completed. Your card will be debited once we send you the order confirmation. Validation and authentication checks on the card will be carried out by the card issuer. If you do not receive the required authorization, we will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery.
After payment authorization, by pressing the "Buy Now" button, you confirm that the card is yours and that you have sufficient funds or credit facilities to pay the cost of your order.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from KMP at any time and/or delete or change all materials or content on KMP. We will do our best to always process all orders but there may be special circumstances where we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent an order confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our discretion.
We will not be liable to you or any other third party for withdrawing any type of product from KMP, whether it has been sold or not, deleting or editing material or content on KMP or for refusing to process or accept an order.
